MidSet lets members at the same gym ask each other for quick help during a workout. It is an introduction tool only: MidSet does not employ, vet, train or supervise members, and it is not a coaching, medical or emergency service.

You train at your own risk and remain responsible for your own safety and for how you behave towards other members. Use your own judgement before accepting help from, or giving help to, someone you don't know — exactly as you would on the gym floor. Follow your gym's own rules at all times.

Use MidSet only to ask for or offer gym assistance. No harassment, no soliciting, no impersonation, no misleading requests, and no using the app to contact members who have blocked you. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other members.

You need an account to use MidSet, you must be old enough to train unsupervised at your gym, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. You can stop using MidSet at any time.

MidSet is in early access. Features may change or be unavailable, and we provide the service as-is without warranties. Questions about these terms: support@midset.app.
